Last updated October 2026. This page explains what we collect when you book a visit at La Nuova and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your first name, mobile number and email address, and anything you choose to tell us in the note field.
• The day and time you booked.
• How you found us: the ad or link you clicked (campaign tags), the page you landed on, and standard technical details such as your IP address and browser.

How we use it

• To hold your time, confirm it by text and email, and remind you before your visit.
• To prepare for your visit, for example if you told us about a sensitivity.
• To measure which ads bring guests to the store. We share a hashed (unreadable) version of your email and phone with Meta so it can match the booking to the ad you saw. We do not sell your details.
• If you checked the box, to text you offers and skincare tips. You can stop at any time by replying STOP.

Who sees it

Our store team, the agency that runs our advertising, and the services we use to run bookings, email, text messages and calendars. Each of them only receives what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for two years so we can look after returning guests. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
